      Host and Author

      Jan Sedlacek is an executive, strategist and entrepreneur specialized in digital transformation, strategy and marketing based in Zurich. He is founder and partner of Stryber, a strategic corporate venture builder. Prior to founding Stryber in 2016, he gained experience as a start-up founder, web designer, manager, marketing expert and strategy consultant. In addition to his expertise in venture building and the digitalization of companies, Jan brings expertise and training in international management and business psychology.

      68% of the companies we analysed did not diversify their revenue segments between 2010 and 2019.

      Companies that diversified their revenue segments outperformed those that did no in terms of total shareholder returns by up to 54%.

      The positive impact on stock price development from long-term revenue diversification could already be observed after 3 years.
